First time I went there I ordered the Taro milk tea the man that works there made it and it was very good 5/5 stars.The 2nd time I went one of the ladies made it and forgot to add the sugar and it was too busy to get them to fix it. It was really not enjoyable with zero sugar... 1/5 stars.Edit: 3rd time no sugar, less taro, only 4 tapioca pearls. Don't recommend this place and will not be returning. Better to go somewhere that knows how to make it.

I asked for pinacolada and got just mango crushed, the employess asking each other how to make drink, not a trained staff,It has no professional touch they just crushed frozen mango pulp. Very disappointed and i never advice anyone to go there. Waste of money

I find the drinks watery. I did not like. The cheese cake was good but pricey. (9.99) and drink 8 for a total of 20$

Staff got super upset and glared at me when I explained I didn't want jelly twice, made my drink with jelly and then proceeded to just pour my drink into another cup which still has pieces of jelly in it. Better off going to Chatime, staff are much nicer and kind there. :(

The worst customer service ever. Went to order a drink last Friday. No one in the line ip great. Stand at the counter waited to be serve. One guy sitting talking on the phone. Ignored me. Hollered hello " he kept on talking. Ignored me. Looked again and a female working was hiding in the corner on her phone. No one offered me service and I left. Will never go back. Not not acknowledged you customers. Way to go!!!"
