Occasionally, my daughter and I visit the beauty salon. The staff are extremely friendly, and the facility is clean and well organized. Without a doubt I highly recommend this is the best salon I have ever experienced and I will definitely be back.

I got my old bio nails removed & full set bio nails with a manicure. It was painful. I paid almost $100. She was very rough with the removal and rushed the process; ripped my nail taking off the previous nail on my thumb & it bled. Also cut my cuticles twice both bled. I asked her to do something several times and she argued with me that she’d do it her way so I just said “okay do it the way you want then”. I’m upset. I really needed a relaxing feminine papmer time. That stressed & frustrated me.***When paying I told the owner I was cut & he was very apologetic and offered something the next time I visited. That is the only reason why this review is two stars instead on one.***Still, I do not intend return to a place that hurt me & disregarded my wishes for the service I had payed for.

My appointment was on time, and the prices were reasonable. This is, by far, the best pedicure experience I've ever had. The complimentary beverages and welcoming staff made it even more enjoyable. I am now a regular customer.

This nail salon is absolutely incredible! The service they provide is outstanding, and the work they do on my nails is consistently exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone, and I can't wait to return soon.

Although the salon is located quite far from where I live, the excellent service makes me want to return. They pay attention to detail, the massage and relaxation is totally worth it. I will remain a loyal customer of this establishment.

There seems to be a new manager running the shop. The employees are very rude. I was given a manicure when I said I wanted just a colour change. They insisted the price would be the same no matter what I decided. My nails were shaven so far down they’ve all broke and one nail literally broke deep into my nail bed and my cuticles are constantly stripping. Worst experience!

The staff members skillfully beautified my nails during the manicure and pedicure sessions. The foot massage was truly amazing. I will definitely return and recommend this salon to more friends.

I just dropped in this morning without an appointment,and was able to get my nails done.Cindy has very quick hands, she did my nails well, what I don't understand is at checkout I paid extra for VIP service?Nothing I had done was out of the ordinary, can you please explain.

Very unprofessional establishment. I went here twice, once a couple months back to do my nails for my wedding. And once awhile ago for a pedicure. The nail set I got did look nice, but the attitudes and service from the staff is poor. What makes them think that anyone HAS to come here and spend money with their attitudes? I mean people can get my nails done anywhere, there is a nail salon on every corner. The pedicure wasn’t good however, they rush it and you’re feet don’t get a proper scrub down for the money. I’m noticing a lot of nails salons are rushing through pedicures and not doing a good job. The lady got frustrated at one point and said something in her language. I knew this would be my last visit, I’ll take my money elsewhere thank you.
