DEMOLITION MAN

Demo Man Rich is probably the best contractor my husband and I have ever worked with. He gave me a quote within a few hours of my first contact. Was thorough and timely on his communication. He showed up in a few days to do the job. He demolished a 30x25 screened-in porch in two days and left every thing spick and span. He is courteous, responsible, has a strong work ethic, worked through rain and treated his employees with respect. I would highly recommend Demo Man Rich and would give him 10 stars if I could. Rich and his team did a very good job. They came on time and got the demo job done fairly quick. They put plastic wrap up to protect other parts of the house not being worked on. We also opted to rent the Heppa filter to help get out a lot of the extra dust from demo. The only thing I would say that I didn’t like is that there was a little bit of an issue between the tile guy and and the demo team of who was supposed to remove the baseboards and shoe molding. Other than that Rich really did a great job. He is very good at communicating with you on what will happen the day of. He also will show you videos of previous jobs so that you will get an idea of what the demo will look like. You are also able to watch and see what goes into the demolition. Highly recommend Rich and his team, very professional. Super nice guy!! Great job!!

Who you gonna call:Rich Neff - The Demo Man!My project involved a 1940’s, 3 bedroom rental house, with a 2 car garage that had seen better days - It needed a complete demolition.As a DIYer (I never hire out work) I had a ton of questions, which Rich enthusiastically answered - He is a demolition expert!His quote was very detailed and included prices for optional work and possible unforeseen issues - No hidden costs.During the project, Rich provided daily photo and video updates on his progress - A GREAT communicator!I was concerned about the impact on the quiet neighborhood. No worries! Great service. I called at the end of the week to get a brick wall surrounding my back patio knocked down to open up the yard. Rich came out on Saturday to give me a quote. He was there on Monday, to actually do the work. He did great work and my backyard looks amazing.

Rich with the demolition man was great! We needed a large section of cracked bricks that needed to be removed so we could have them re bricked by a masonry company (8 foot tall by 30 foot long retaining wall). I called Rich and he actually answered the phone (rare with contractors these day) and was very helpful and informative. He stopped by within a day of the call and came out on a Thursday to look at the job. He gave me a good price and said he could be out that Saturday to complete the job! Really fast scheduling on his part!Saturday morning came and they laid down plywood sheets to protect my brick pavers and lawn from the bricks that were being broken off the wall. They didn't cause any damage considering the heavy work they were doing and completely cleaned up the job site when finished. I was impressed when they all walked trough the lawn at the end of the day to make sure that no pieces were left behind on the grass, since i have small children that walk around barefoot. Rich had the workers remove all the debris by hand as to not use heavy equipment to damage my backyard.Thank you Rich for coming out! I highly recommend them!******** Updated review - Re Hired Demo Man *************We rehired Rich the Demolition man again a few weeks later. Once the brick was removed we realized that our retaining wall was cracked and was the reason we had the original cracked bricks. Per Rich's suggestion we called an engineering company to inspect and they recommended the cracked section of wall needed to be removed and replaced. Rich and his crew came out and removed 10 inch thick poured concrete wall by hand without heavy equipment as to not ruin the backyard. The saw cut and broke up the wall section by section and hauled all the material away. It was a lot of work and they did a great job. I would highly recommend Rich for your demolition project. I originally found him on google and was impressed by all the positive reviews. Thanks Again Rich!

We had our chimney and fireplace removed. Rich's team buttoned everything up with plastic and they deployed HEPA filters to keep the dust contained. They were a great team, working tirelessly at a complicated and messy project. They provided a complete service by having a roofer patch the roof and a skilled carpenter to finish the floor and frame the hole. They were professionals all the way through and we could not have been more pleased with their diligence at every step. Rich sent me photo and video statuses throughout the whole process so we were always in sync.

Project: A 10’ x 50’ pigeon coop fully furnished with roofing and siding on cinder block.Since I was offsite, Rich of Demolition Man kept me informed with photos and videos during various stages of the demolition process. He and crew worked methodically and long hours in taking down the pigeon coop. Rich was very conscious in protecting and minimizes damage to our yard. Rich is a progressive business man who utilizes resources very effectively. His communication and response time is unlike other services I have hired. I gave him a nod on Tuesday and he started the job on Friday, finished on Sunday! Very impressed. Furthermore, this is the first time I had a project done without having to be present and pleasantly surprised at the outcome. We will definitely hire Demolition Man again when the need arises.
