Incredibly unresponsive to phone calls. When dealing with the owner in person, he was very dismissive, uncooperative, and blatantly rude.He quoted a certain price for an order of shirts, but upon arrival, he insisted that the price would go up, blaming the customer for not giving enough information. As a business owner, he needed to take the initiative in asking for the required information, instead of making assumptions that the customers know exactly what he, a professional, needed.After agreeing to the order and accepting the shirts, he backed out of the deal because he assumed that every shirt would be the same size.I would strongly recommend against using this company, as the owner neglects to ask for the most basic of required information, then proceeds to blame his clientele for his own mistakes.I am incredibly disappointed in this man's business, and would give 0 stars if at all possible.
