BAD experience with a staff- OLD LADY in the BAG department April 29 at 3pm 8th street. Asked her to unlock a bag for me so I could take it to the front and she told me to wait till she finishes stocking 15+ bags when I told her she’s literally right in front of the bag I wanted! Takes TWO SECONDS to unlock a bag, prioritize your paying customer first!!!

This a great store for a variety of things. They had a lot of clothing options at reasonable prices. I saw popular brands like Nike, Jordan, Adidas, Puma, etc they had shoe section, home decor, makeup, hair and body, gym, cooking. They had clothes for babies, toddlers, adults and prices seem reasonable and alot of items on sale. Customer service was great and I was in and out pretty quick.

It is a very busy store but they keep it clean and stocked very well. Never had a bad experience here and they have a little for everyone. Prices are great, selection is also great.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called over the phone nicely and the girl who answered gave me an attitude and after I said “Thankyou” she gave me a really bad tone of “yeah bye”. What kind of customer service is this. 8th street winners is such a bad vibe for me, every time I go there not a single associate even says hello, every association looks at you w disgust on their face. Would not recommend going here. Marshals, HomeSense and the other winners IS WAY BETTER AT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

There is usually a diamond in the rough for cheap if you dig. You never find what you are looking for but you usually find something else you need or didn't know you need. Mostly. Most impressive impulse aisle before tills. Usually end up with vegan gummy bears I don't need or something.
