Amazing, soccer field, park, splash pad and even a dog park. Not to mention an indoor bathroom and my daughter loves to play soccer here too

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this soccer club. My 3 and a half year old is registered in U4 this summer. To my surprise the coaches are all very young with what appears to be zero coaching experience. That wouldn’t necessarily be an issue if they were accompanied by an older coach with experience. Not that they will be learning incredible soccer skills at this age, but a coach with experience would know how to handle little kids and would know what type of drills work for little kids vs which ones don’t. The second issue is that they change the coach every week! At this age it can be hard for little kids to warm up to strangers. Changing coaches every week definitely doesn’t help kids that are a bit more shy. And they don’t allow parents to stay with their child if their child needs a bit more reassurance. I am extremely disappointed in this soccer club and the way the U4 program is run. I should have registered her in Little Kickers (which she was in last year when we lived in another province). Unfortunately there wasn’t a Little Kickers program in Gatineau so I opted for the CS Aylmer, but knowing what I know today I should have simply registered her in the Little Kickers program in Ottawa. At least the drive would have been worth it.
