We needed a service on our furnace as it was making some weird grinding noise. We contacted Haven Home Heating and Connor came to the rescue. He was very polite and explained what needed to be done, fixed it quickly and my furnace is running properly. I hope I do not need to call back for my air conditioning! :)

We signed up for the Better Homes Kingston Grant and the Canada Greener Homes Grant and had a hard time navigating the requirements to meet the grant specifications. After a few attempts with other local companies, we finally found Haven Home. Josh, who sold us the system and helped us design it knew the grant requirements well and made the process so much easier. We really appreciated his expertise and knowledge of all things HVAC. Josh also kept us in the loop via phone regularly as we awaited our install day – he even let us text him questions along the way which made for a pleasant experience.On the install day, Jared and Harrison were polite, professional, and tidy – they kept us up to date throughout the two-day installation and made sure we fully understood how to use and maintain our new furnace, heat pump, thermostat, and hybrid hot water heater. The installation was organized, with wiring and piping neatly installed which is something I always look for.I really liked how the Haven Home quote was inclusive, other quotes we received had fine print at the bottom that electrical, permits, etc. would be in addition to the quoted price and this would have been a surprise at the summation of the job – Haven Home provided excellent service with NO SURPRISES! This may seem trivial, but it means a lot when installing such an expensive and important system in your home. Something to keep in mind and a reason to consider Haven Home for your next job. Job well done Haven Home!

Mike McMaster and his assistant John did excellent work changing our electrical service and replacing our bent mast. Extremely professional and thorough. They arrived prepared and kept us informed about how it was going and when we should expect the services to be down. Finished the job right on time, very impressive. I was having heating concerns and called Haven Home since I know very little about heating. I was worried they would try and sell me on something I didn’t need. The service tech Connor came to my home, performed a diagnostic and explained what was needed to keep my furnace working optimally. Connor was professional and took the time to explain to me what he was doing and why which I really appreciated.

I have been meaning to get my heating system serviced for some time and Haven Home was recommended to me. I contacted them and they were able to get me an appointment. Connor the service technician was very professional and courteous and explained the process. He was efficient and there was no hidden charges. Thank you Connor and Haven Home for the experience.

My furnace fan broke down a couple of days ago, making my AC unable to run and distribute air in the middle of a heatwave. I had originally called another company to fix it and they didn’t. I called Haven and spoke to someone named Alex, who was able to dispatch a technician, whose name I believe was Will, to the house that same evening. He diagnosed the problem and sent off a request to Bailey, who was able to get the part and send Will back to install it within a couple of days. The problem was fixed and everyone I dealt with was so pleasant and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone, they were a pleasure to deal with and highly efficient, which was a night and day difference from the company I had used previously. The level of professionalism here was unmatched. I was very impressed.

Purchased my new AC unit from Nic yesterday & was very impressed. He’s very knowledgeable, professional & friendly. Thanks Nic! I had the AC installed by Pat & Sean today. I can’t say enough positive things about these guys! They worked hard (in a very hot backyard) from start to finish. The thermostat that was to be installed wasn’t a perfect fit, so Pat drove in to get a replacement (many thanks)! They cleaned up after they were done & made sure I was happy with the install. Thanks so much guys!!
