0 stars. Do not go to this branch if you are a person of colour. Horrible customer service and management from top to bottom. This branch needs to go through the diversity and inclusion training again. Brutal!

The teller of the bank is impatient and unwilling to solve problems for customers. At the same time, some staff members are very unprofessional. I have complained with their manager many times, but their service still hasn't improved . I have been using this bank since college, because this branch is very close to my house, so I have been handling business there. However, the staff they recently hired has really brought me unbearable services. I really don't think they are suitable for banking services. It's really frustrating. So now I am ready to transfer my personal business and corporate business to CIBC or TD bank.

The tellers at this location are horrible. Especially the older ones. Makes me dislike going into the branch. I intend on switching my banking.

Zero stars. Worst bank in Canada.They lock the door to atm, drive through atm does not accept deposits. Can't pay my bills on time and they they charge you for missing payments due to not being able to acess your account properly.

We got married and went to deposit the funds we received from our wedding gifts. We were racially profiled, asked a bunch of inappropriate questions and were escorted out because we were told they could not complete this process for us this day. This was a horrible experience, frankly disrespectful, embarrassing and not an appropriate way to treat customers. We’ve been with this establishment for many years and hold several lines of business with Scotia, which is something we will have to reevaluate as one should never be made to feel uncomfortable at their financial institution

They now close the ATMs when its not during banking hours and say to use the drive thru one. But when I tried the drive thru it wouldn't take cash deposits.

I have honestly had more negative experiences with this branch - and Scotiabank as a whole - than positive ones. I recently had one advisor cancel on me last minute and another tell me he couldn't process my request and would phone me in one month. That never happened. I've been trying to close my accounts for two months and they can't even do that for me.

This Glendale branch of the Scotiabank has the absolute worst customer service I've encountered from a professional institution. My husband and I had questions regarding our mortgage and were given an appointment with an advisor who had zero knowledge. Worse was when she told us she would ask a more senior advisor for the answers and get back to us, and gave us the wrong information which was very stressful. On another date we encountered a terribly rude bank teller who eye-rolled and sighed at us while we attempted to send a wire transfer, then flat out very rudely asked us why we were sending a wire transfer anyway and told us that we should just use a bank draft. Which was a) none of her business and b) not what we asked for. When we explained the reason we needed to complete the transaction that way she told us we couldn't do it because we didn't have all the information, which again was not true, she just didn't want to have to explain to us what we needed, and also did not want to have to look at the information we provided to see that we did in fact have 99% of the required information.I cannot recommend this branch as the employees are unprofessional, rude, condescending and quite honestly have a terrible overall attitude. I am not surprised that they require a full-time security guard to be stationed inside as while I would describe myself as a fairly reasonable and patient person, my experiences over the last week left me in a foul mood and I am confident that my terrible experiences are not unique.I will say that after dealing with the two terrible younger female employees, I did deal with two lovely older employees who seemed to be more competent and certainly less rude.

By far the worst customer service I’ve ever received at a bank. I definitely sensed racial profiling at this location and now have to drive further out just to have a positive banking experience. I would give 0 stars if possible.

Worst customer service experience by the cashier. Seems tired and not paying attention to the customer concerns. Plz pay them properly so they can behave well and properly to the customers.
