Very disappointing service with Brian this morning. Scheduled to install rational combi oven. He was rude, and obviously didn't want to work today, treated us like we were an inconvenience not worthy of his precious time. He would have saved us alot of stress if he had of just turned down the job in the first place. He was sent photos a week ago by text, he was concerned about proximity to wall. So we spoke with Rational and Sales team who assured that all was fine and that install team was now on the same page. Arrangements had all been made and scheduled. He arrived, upset his cell phone didn't work, that the unit was too close to the wall, that his license was on the line. Even though this had been discussed. He had asked us to move units to the side so he could access the left hand side of the unit which we did. So location was not a surprise. He took a photo of the drain that had been removed to get glued in place and tried to use this to justify his behaviour. In the end he cost our business 4 days of prep and training right before our Mothers Day brunch. You spend alot of money on brand new equipment just to deal with this kind of service. First and last time we deal with HRD. Another company verified photos and booked install for Thursday saying they have heard of issues similar to this.

Came to fix the wok at my restaurant , no other repairs company's were able to get the job done , some even said complete replacement , they got the job done right ,

Called to book for a repair and they never called us back to book. I call them and am told they showed up only to find out that because they had not called to book they went to a wrong address. They now tell me that due to their mistake they cannot see us until the new year. Terrible service with no customer service whatsoever. They make a mistake and we are the ones who suffer.
