Horrible and rude owner Michelle. Offensive and dismissive when attempting to get a quote to pay these people thousands of dollars for a new heater and cover. Received no follow up and then nasty when we called back to see if we could get a quote. Called another company and got a quote and scheduled immediately. Would provide zero stars if possible because Michelle is terrible business owner that i will advise all my friends to avoid at all costs.

I am glad we found Greg's Pool! I have visited other pool places in Amherst and Niagara Falls but Greg's is now the place for me. They are well stocked and highly knowledgeable on all things pool, hot tube and more. I was having trouble with a foggy pool for weeks and they not only ordered a replacement filter cartridge but also gave the pro-tip of running my filter more in the evening/night to increase chlorine generation and reduce sun burn off. Pool has been clear ever since. Greg's has earner the Repeat Customer achievement medal. Thanks.Update 20Aug2020: Still a great pool store and I'll keep coming back. Bought a new sand filter from Greg's at the start of the season. This was at the start of COVID restrictions and they filled my order over the phone, took my credit card info and then bundled up all the gear and positioned it outside for me to grab and go. Very respectful and really went above an beyond. Thanks again.

Great pool supply for most of your pool needs. Greg and Michelle are friendly and helpful with your questions and problems. Their prices are usually about the same if not cheeper than local competitors. Check them out before making the drive to someone else or ordering online.
