Francois at West Quality was extremely knowledgeable and very patient with me as I requested many different quotes for projects around my house. The team recently completed a roof fix for me, involving rafters that were no longer sitting on a warped beam over my porch, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and expertise were exceptional. I highly recommend West Quality for any roofing issues.

West Quality did siding replacement of vinyl with Hardie board on our house with new insulation added underneath. The crews were punctual, knowledgeable, friendly, readily adapted to small requests and changes. Their daily clean up was excellent. It's been 4 months since the install the fit and finish looks very good.Supply chain issues delayed the project but Francois sourced thicker insulation and did not increase the price to us.

We’ve had our 1957 house for 12 years now, and, last fall the deterioration of the old stucco could no longer be ignored. Same with the old windows, when we thought about it. We asked West Quality for a quote as they had already done a good job replacing our leaky roof in 2022. Their estimate for vinyl siding with insulation and 6 windows seemed fair so we went ahead.The windows came in early and the job was finished before we were expecting them to start. We are very pleased with the whole renovation and appreciate the coordination, skill, and hard work that went into it. Finishing details were covered off well and the old house looks happy. These guys were amazing! They were courteous, on time and very pleasant! The work they did was excellent, and they did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. I would highly recommend them for anyone who needs a newly shingled roof!

West Quality Construction came and did the exterior of our home recently. They were incredible to work with, knowledgeable, patient, gave us a realistic timeline and kept to it. We are extremely pleased and highly recommend West Quality, who did the siding on our house and garage with Hardie board and a modular split stone feature up front. They were very sensitive to our budget and spent the time meeting us several times to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. After waiting for 6 months + for insurance repair following a major storm last summer, we contacted Kino at West Quality for a quote to replace damaged siding, remove and fill in a broken window, and replace roof and gutter system. They were very prompt in their response, scheduling and executing the needed repairs very quickly. Quality, including on site management and clean was excellent. I would highly recommend them.

Flickers (woodpeckers) had destroyed our cedar siding and shake roof. We were impressed with Francois’ vision of how our home could look. The whole outside of our home was stripped, repaired, insulated and put back together with Hardie Board siding, Asphalt shingles, Venting, Soffits, Eaves, Windows & Skylights, and LED Lighting. The coordination of all the different tasks and trades was outstanding, and followed the Estimate. Everyone who worked on our home, and in the office, was very professional and friendly. We are so thrilled with the transformation of our home to a more modern look. Highly Recommend.

A big shout out to the folks at West Quality Roofing & Exteriors. We had some concerns regarding attic venting issues in our home and as we were looking for professional contractors, we came across this great company with outstanding reviews. The experience started with Kino Tremblay, who guided us through the process and was there for us every step of the way. He promptly dispatched two find professional gentlemen (Jerry and Corey) to perform the work. Jerry and Corey were extremely courteous and showed us the progress of the work every step of the way. Corey identified 42 exposed nails on our roof while he was up there installing new vents. He showed us the pictures and proceeded to repair the defeciencies which was above and beyond great customer service. Jerry replaced the venting in the attic, brought everything up to code and did the job right! The work area was cleaned up and left in immaculate condition.It was a pleasure seeing folks like Jerry and Corey having pride in their work and providing excellent customer service at a great price.
