Best place ever!! So helpful with the best glasses selection & they really help you to get the lowest prices! I bought 2 pairs of glasses & one year supply of contact lenses for much less than I’ve paid at other places! The optometrist is very friendly & professional, she’s amazing!! I’ve been to many vision centres in my lifetime & this was by far the most impressive!!

I went to Pearle Vision this week to get a prescription glasses and was also able to get a sun glasses for a good price. The staff was very helpful and Thomas took the time to explain in detail the pros and cons of each lens and coating that could be applied, that really helped me in choosing the perfect frame and lens!

I had an incredible experience at Pearle Vision Surrey location. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The team at Pearle Vision never ceases to amaze me with their talent and professionalism. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile, the staff was knowledgeable offering expert advice on frames and lens selections and the quality of their work was truly outstanding. I will continue to trust Thomas the amazing manager and staff at Pearle Vision when it comes to the care of myself and my family.

Exceptional customer service from truly amazing people. Sarah very patiently helped me select two frames appropriate for me and my complex prescription. I went with her suggestions and am so glad I did. She really knows glasses. What I really liked is the fact that Sarah took the time to carefully take all the necessary measurements for the lenses in my selected frames. (The last place I purchased glasses from literally took 3 minutes to take the measurements.) I also liked the service I received from Thomas when picking up my glasses. He made sure they fit well and I could see properly and he also gave me some great advice.

Went in for a repair of a silhouette frame, expecting the worst as one of the arms had broken. But Thomas was extremely helpful and was able to find a solution, saving my glasses from the landfill.Would highly recommend.

Pearle Vision has always been my go-to place for getting my glasses and contacts. Their excellent customer service and their quick turn around time is why I keep coming back (and my family members too)! Both Rose and Thomas are extremely helpful and informative whenever I am there.

Ordered 6 pair of glasses for me and family members and was advised that they will be ready within 2 weeks but we are still waiting for 2 pairs.If I don't call to inquire,then I will not know if those 4 out of 6 which I ordered and paid are ready for pickup.I called again today,left a message with my phone number for a call back,but nobody contacted me.I had to call again to inquire and was advised only one pair is ready for pick up.Again if you don't call,you will never know what is the status.I do understand sometimes it can get super busy , but there is something called customer service for customer retention,when free please call your customers, if message has been left please call back, if order has been delayed,let your customers know,be proactive...after 4 or 6 years of dealing with pearl vision,this will be the last time...I will buy my glasses from somewhere else..and now I've been told it is 3 weeks and not 2...lol,I believe because they could not deliver so the parameters changed

I recommend going to the store and talking to Thomas, he really understands about glasses and helped me a lot to find the best fit for me. I’m really happy!!

My first pair of new glasses in over 10 years. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, made selecting new eyewear a pleasure. Will definitely be back for future eyewear needs. Great selection of beautiful frames also.

Veerpal did a great job today. I was very rude to her and her co worker AND I was completely wrong about my perceived issue. My behaviour was total trash. They kept calm and I went mental. I’m truly sorry.
