We couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Prompt response, fast clean knowledgeable work. We had a clogged kitchen sink. They fixed it fast and added a pipe fitting that will make it faster and easier to snake out the clog if it happens again, which it will. Excellent job. Thank you. I called to do a tap and they had called me up to let me know that they were coming to fix it but I was out. They called me very early in the morning and I was sleeping still. I gave them my cell number and they never called on my cell. Very poor service. They should be doing it BY APPOINTMENTS not by when they feel like coming. We people do have a job or do other things that needs to get done. Sorry but I have no choice but giving them poor rating.

My experiences with this company have been very positive from technicians and office staff. They have been very quick to respond and were there during hours promised. They are respectful, professional in their approach and readily offer explanations of what and why they are doing something. I certainly have recommended them to friends.

Called Friday to set up an appointment for Monday. Everything was set for around 830-9. Told I would get a call around then if anything changed. Called at 10:50 after receiving no contact regarding changes. Was told they attempted to confirm the appointment when it was already confirmed Friday. Was told they might be able to squeeze me in but they needed a customer profile to set up an appointment. Not sure how the 1st apt was set up without one but that is besides the point. I assume there actually was no appointment booked when I called Friday and they attempted to book one today when calling an hour before they were to showed up. Unorganized and would not recommend!

After having 2 other companies not able to repair my sewer pump I called TNTJackie was super helpful making sure the repair team had all the stuff they neededThey showed up sooner than expected and had my pump going in no time

After approx $2500 in travel and unnecessary parts my furnace still had the same issues. It turns out my HIGH limit switch needed to be replaced and my A/C coils cleaned. I would warn anyone to stay away from TNT. They have not attempted to help me knowing full well my original problem still persisted after replacing furnac3 igniter and main circuit board. Further to this issue....it turns out that after having my A/C coils cleaned my furnace issues have been addressed. One would think that a qualified HVAC company would have run into this before and check the coils. Be aware folks....just because someone claims to have experienced qualified technicians doesn't mean a thing if they don't have the skill to service a complete system. Pretty easy just to throw parts at a problem.

TnT plumbing answered our telephone call promptly, they came out the same day and solved our plumbing problem expertly. They gave us priority as we were seniors and arrived quickly and solved the problem the previous plumbers could not. Excellent job

Just had TNT plumbing and heating replace my hot water tank.They went over and above any expectations. They were awesome.!!!Even solved another issue I was having.And, talk about prompt service.Never before have I had such quick and and efficient service.Everyone there was a pleasure to deal with.I highly recommend this company.!!!

Travis and his associates have always been very accommodating and very helpful, I don't live in town and he has always given us prompt service for what ever the issues I may have had over the years with my home furnace/plumbing, he's helped make arrangements with the town, has overseen issues while I've been out of town, I would recommend them to everyone as they are what small town service is all about, Thanks Travis for all you do, it is very!!! appreciated more business should learn from you, Bonnie
