Couldn't be bothered to provide information about plate sequences. First said that they had Parks plates, then said they didn't have them when sequences requested. Rather poor customer service.

They tried to sell me insurance, but refused to tell me how much it would cost till I confirmed I would buy it. They were only willing to provide an 'estimate' until then. I would have thought this would be illegal, they blaimed it on their underwriters.
