Who came up with the genius idea of moving VHS/DVD's/CD's onto the book shelves? Only 1 person at a time can get in there as everyone is forced to wait until a person leaves. There is NO room at all!! Other book shelves have been emptied and replaced with ceramic items. Whoever took over changed the entire layout and ruined this store for the worst. Shameful!!

Why are you tossing VHS movies out for no reason? Tapes that were sitting on the very bottom shelf just yesterday have disappeared now. Others have been moved to sit on the very top of the shelf. You've totally ruined the entire area now. Thanks so much.

I can not get over how much they charge for donated clothing at this location it's actually disgusting and gross. I leave this location with the feeling of being taken advantage of. And I will provide receipts. I took a photo to warn others of their ludicrous pricing at this location! 250.00 CAD for an outer shell jacket just because of the name on the tag. They should be ashamed of themselves.
