Jim was my structural engineer for an egress window I had cut and installed. Jim is very efficient and thorough, when he did his inspection he found wood blocks that the contractor forgot to install. The blocks were installed in a timely manner by the contractor. Jim is also very knowledgeable and personable.

I had Jim come to inspect the floor and stairs of a house before closing. He was quick to answer calls, punctual, and had a report drawn up and sent in 48 business hours. He explained everything simply to us. Bonus points for driving 50 minutes out to Moose Jaw for the inspection. My realtor even took a photo of his business card because she was impressed!
