Orderred a ring in November gave a deposit and told them that the balance would be paid after valentine's day when I got back in the country. Paid balance and asked to see if I could talk with the person building the ring I was told to show up the next week and they could give me a date to get my ring and talk with the artisan creating the ring. Showed up today and a high school kid was telling that I was just there 2 days ago. Very unprofessional and then I received a message from Matt Poth the owner stating that he was unable to complete my ring and would refund my money. So I stated that my money has been with his business for 3 months and they are unable to give me a solid date. So I said I will accept a repayment plus interest and will never do business there again. Poor management and worse staff lends to a bad business

I can deffinatly say this is your best choice in jewelers. I was told by 3 jewelers that they could not add the diamond in my existing ring. I was also told it could not be sized. I gave it to them and BAM everything I wanted. Could not be happier!

Professional, friendly and welcoming are not enough to describe the outstanding service I received at Forge & Facet Jewellers. They were attentive and responsive and were able to custom make the ring I had dreamed of. To say that my experience was excellent would be an understatement.

Great Jewellers!! We bought my wedding ring here a few years ago, service has always been helpful and friendly. We just had to get my ring repaired unfortunately but it was a great experience - It looks brand spankin new and we are super pleased with how it turned out! We highly recommend!

Recently I had a problem with a watch they sent away for repair. It came back from the repair place and there was a problem. Matt the owner stepped right in and straightened out the problem quickly and to my satisfaction. The mark of a very good company is how they deal with customers that have a problem. All the staff that I dealt with were kind and careing. I would not hesitate to recommend this business to anyone. They deserve to have my business going forward.
