Aquado

We used Aquado in the summer of 2020 for our 3.5 year old son. His progress over 8 weeks was incredible, and his instructor Audrey was absolutely amazing! We highly recommend the service, and our son really had a lot of fun! Thank you Aquado for providing us a safe learning experience during COVID so that our son did not lose his progress!

Used Aquado for the first time this year with a 2,4 &5 year old. Rose was simply phenomenal! Very patient with the kids and creative and flexible in her approach. I found them very organized with the email and text confirmations. Would definitely recommend.

The course i did with my son was amazing. We both ejoyed our courses and would definitely recommend it to any mom with baby!

WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH!!! I HAVE NEVER WRITING A REVIEW LIKE THIS BEFORE. I SINCERELY BELIEVE THAT IT IS MY DUTY TO DO SO. WE HAD REACHED OUT TO AQUADO DUE TO THE FACT THAT THEY WERE CERTIFIED BY THE RED CROSS. IT HAS BEEN LITERALLY A NIGHTMARE. MY FEELING IS THAT THEY TOOK ON A CHALLENGE THAT THEY COULD NOT MEET, AND WE ARE PAYING FOR IT. WE CALLED THEM EARLY BEFORE THE SEASON, WE WERE TOLD TO REGISTER THEM ONLINE AT A CERTAIN DATE. ON THAT DATE WE NEVER WERE ABLE TO FIND ANY AVAILABLE DATES. WE THEN CALLED THEM AND WE WERE TOLD THAT THEY WERE LOOKING TO HIRE MORE TEACHERS, THEREFORE MORE OPENINGS TO OFFER. EVENTUALLY THEY REACHED OUT TO US AND WE WERE ABLE TO BOOK 4 CLASSES. ONE HOUR BEFORE THE FIRST CLASS SOMEONE FROM AQUADO CALLED TO CANCEL, UNDER YHE PRETEXT THAT THE TEACHER QUIT. BOTH DAUGHTERS WERE IN THEIR BATHING SUITS WHILE MY WIFE GOT THE NEWS. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS ETHICS IS THAT. GOOD LUCK TO ANYBODY THAT HAS BOOKED CLASSES.

This is our third year and we have been very satisfied with Aquado. My daughters enjoyed their teacher Alicia this year. She was encouraging and fun and always in a good humour. Thank you for a great session.

À l'époque, je cherchais un moniteur pour donner des cours de natation à mon enfant à la maison. En effectuant des recherches, j'ai trouvé Aquado qui en était à leur tout début. Six ans plus tard, je fais toujours appel à leurs services pour enseigner la natation à mes 2 enfants.J'aime l'aspect pratique d'avoir les cours à la maison, soit de ne pas avoir à nous déplacer, meilleur contrôle de la température de la piscine pour nos enfants, et on peut voir leur progression de semaine en semaine. D'autant plus que les entraîneurs sont qualifiés et s'adaptent très bien au niveau de nos enfants.Je suis à la fois vraiment satisfait des services d'Aquado, et à la fois très heureux d'encourager une belle jeune entreprise québécoise que je recommande fortement aux familles.

My services for a group of 10 moms was cancelled at the last minute via email because they lost my phone number. We were all really mad at how it was handled. But following this, William, the owner, took the time to call me and understand our frustrations and seek advice to prevent this from happening again. Since then he has offered to send us someone else to do our classes.We look forward to trying out the Aquado experience and hopefully be able to give them a 5 star by the end of the summer.

Great experience, my son learnt how to swim thanks to aquado. The coach was friendly, patient and professional. We recommend and will probably take classes this summer too.

Worst service everI wrote them 4 months in advance to schedule swimming lesson at home. They confirmed the registration week started on May 30 and that I had to wait. I followed all the steps they gave me and today they just told me “No spots, Good luck next summer”.It feels more like a lottery than a real good service company. I don’t trust they can take care of simple customer service, I wouldn’t give them the trust to care for my kids on a pool.

(update, 2022) Last year ended in a terrible ''queue de poisson.'' The last 2 classes were cancelled with very short notice and no alternatives, just a simple ''sorry'' and refund. This year, they messed up our deposit intake and because of that we are missing the early registration date and would be stuck with leftover dates (again, just a simple sorry and no alternative was given, or at least not a real one other than ''You can pick the dates after the early registration date''). We chose Aquado 4 years ago because we wanted to encourage a young company but I am afraid the operation is still lacking too much. Tighter quality control and customer service required. Still, we give them 2 and not only 1 star because it was good when the system worked but otherwise, when it doesn't work then it really really breaks down.(original post, 2021) Great concept and awesome instructors. My kids learned more in 1 Summer than they did in 5 years at their other swimming program. My eldest can even do the crawl now!
