Tai Hong Chinese Food

I feel very disappointed in my experience. Tai Hong provides small portions and the chicken chow mein was full of bean sprouts, with no noodles, and very few pieces of chicken. It was essentially bean sprouts and 5 small pieces of very thin chicken.I will not eat here again, or suggest this restaurant to a friend.A very disappointing experience and I wish I had gone to another restaurant.

Only 2 stars today. Usually when we order from Tai Hong everything arrives hot and is always delicious.Today my husband and I ordered dinner, usually my cantonese chow mein is amazing but today, sub-par:-broccoli is pretty well dead (meaning not edible in the least)-random pieces of pork were no good (sour)Its almost like two different portions were used in the dish.Noodles were cooked Perfectly! So while the food is still delicious, Im just a little disappointed in the care and execution. As a note to the cooks (being a fellow cook in a restaurant myself) just keep an eye on your meats (mainly the pork, the chicken was perfectly fine), someone will get sick.

The food was good but expensive and the delivery guy pretended his interac terminal was broken. Also why not give a free fried rice with large orders that seems to be pretty standard in the industry.

Tai Hong food is really good, fresh and hot. Staff is bilingual and friendly. Order ahead, and pickup for added bonus fried rice.

Just received some raw chicken which was the last straw. When I called back (14 times back to back) to arrange an exchange, no answer. I've been a customer for a while and service quality is up and down with the reception lady, but the food is normally ok.

I ordered the #5 combination plate and it was delicious!... too much food for one sitting for one person but each dish was great. They have just become my go-to for chinese food!!! The delivery was fast and the food was still hot when it arrived...Very impressed!!

First time ordering from this restaurant, I live in the neighbourhood and really enjoyed our meal. We had the sweet and sour pork, chicken fried rice, General Tao chicken, Shanghai beef noodles, and spring rolls. Everything was good. I will definitely order from here again! Thank you to the friendly delivery server and good delivery timing.

Food was good, the vegetables alone are crisp and well seasoned, the flavors are definitely not an issue. However, the sweet and sour pork we ordered was barely edible. I have no idea what cut was used, but we had to spit out a lot of fat that wasn't too pleasant to chew and swallow, seemed like there was barely any meat, mostly chewy fat. Ended up throwing the whole thing away. Also, the chicken Soo Guy seems to be the same no matter what sort you pick. Lemon or Pineapple; it's still just gonna be fried chicken with a sweet and sour dipping sauce with no discernable flavor. Huh.

Order online, been waiting for 2 hrs, still no food. 45 min delivery time, my .... anyway ordered Bravo Pizza while waiting and starving for my chinese food. Send their delivery guy back.

New to the area and though we would try this restaurant as it had good reviews, but it’s reviews don’t reflect the quality of their food at al. This is false advertising and I think they’re faking reviews. This was the worst “Chinese” food I’ve ever had. I had the beef chow mein that was advertised to have broccoli as well as fried ramen noodles underneath and it didn’t come with either of those. It was just beef with veggies and covered in broth with no flavour (see pictures). My fiancé had the chicken chow mein and same thing. We also ordered Chinese chicken noodle soup that had the most basic flavour again and none of the ingredient advertised. The sweet and sour soup was absolutely the most disgusting tasting thing we got. Overall, I wouldn’t even give this one star if I could. I honestly want my money back. It was 40$ plus tip for the worst meal of my life.
