I scheduled an appointment ahead of time for a technician to come and a date was given. I called the day before the date was given to reconfirm if someone was coming to fix my issue and I was assured they were. The day they told me they were going to come, no one showed up and not even a phone call to give me a heads up that they can no longer make it on this date. They had me wait all day, and I had to call to find out they were no longer coming. Extremely unprofessional.
