Good service

Seriously I got to alot of Walmarts as I am a collector of things and this one is by far the best! The staff, especially Cody the manager is amazing, helpful, and super friendly. They go out of their way to make sure customer service is top priority.

Sorry, not this particular store, but the company as a whole is terrible. Zero quality customer service when trying to deal with a purchased item that's beyond late and only offer a 10% discount on a future order worth no more than $100, but would have to call and be put on hold for 20 minutes before getting a discount hold for said future purchase.

I went to UG Appliances asking for a discount in turn for a sponsorship to Hespeler Shamrocks JRC Hockey Club. We made a deal and we love it. Great service by Umar. Will definitely be back to purchase more in the near future. The hockey club is very happy with the service and recommend UG to all.

I have used RAM for purchase and repairs. They are always prompt, professional and pleasant, including for a recent problem with an appliance I had bought elsewhere.

Unbeatable prices, great customer service and great products Got a full set (range, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer) and I did not regret one bit. Delivery was very good and the delivery staff were extremely polite and fun. Really recommend!

There are NEVER enough self checkouts open. People wait in line too long every single day. This so called supercentre has the worst management in the history of business. This walmart never stocks enough important products and i find it to be extremely frustrating and to be a waste of time MOST of the time.

Best grocery store to go to in St. Catharines. Walmart always has what you're looking for such as clothes, food, electronics, toiletries, health products and so much more. There is a very large self checkout centre and employees are always ready to help when there is a problem.

I am here to express my frustration and disappointment with my recent experience at your store. I have contacted Best Buy twice via chat and once over the phone about returning phones that I had activated in-store. I needed to return the phones due to poor reception and asked to come back when the promotions for iPhones are better and to change carriers to Telus.Each representative verified with me that I would be able to return the phones and keep the promotional gift cards as they were used to purchase a speaker through Best Buy. I visited the Aurora, Ontario, Canada location, which I was told by Best Buy support I would be able to do the return at any Best Buy, but the manager informed me that the only place I could return the phones would be the Newmarket, Ontario, Canada location. I wasted gas money driving out there, and then I had to spend more to get to the Newmarket location.Upon visiting the Newmarket location, I was treated rudely, lied to, and refused service. I have never been spoken to in such a manner in my life. Having a manager, Jonathan, tell me I have a bad choice of word attitude" and that I was giving them a hard time after telling them I was told by Best Buy themselves and the CRTC that I would be able to keep the gift cards.The managers said the system would not allow them to do it and would manually punch in a gift card while I was trying to return it so they could charge me for it.
