Rob is an extremely helpful, professional, and friendly business owner! It's a rare find these days and I'm glad I found him, while in a bind. Max, his technician is very helpful as well! Both makes a great team! I'll be telling my friends and neighbours about them for sure!

I am extremely grateful to have found Rob at My Appliance Store. He had an instant solution to an appliance problem I had been wrestling with. When my dryer died I discovered that all the new full-sized dryers on the market are now taller than they were when I bought my original one a decade ago. That meant stacking a brand new dryer in place of the old one was impossible. But miraculously, Rob happened to have a pristine, unused seven-year-old dryer in his store that was the exact dimensions I needed. He gave me an excellent price on it as well as fantastic service. I will be buying all my appliances from him in future.

Service is great. Robert goes out of his way to provide the customer with what they order or need to order. There is a caring team and they all are meticulous in what they do and work perfectly together. You actually deal with a person and not a huge bureaucratic machinery of a large company with too many fine prints. I will certainly come back here for my next purchases.
