Nice staff and they did accommodate me last minute, but I asked for a normal manicure and got a thick layer of shellac instead. I explicitly asked for something I could remove at home so this is frustrating. I wish she would have asked first. Salon was also not very clean, leftover food containers, nail polish stains all over dryers, etc.

This is the best nail salon I have ever been to. I live in Vancouver, was on a trip in the East and needed my gel nails filled. Alice did an amazing job and is truly an artist. I got a cat's eye gel nail polish and the effect was gorgeous. I would highly recommend this business and you should not go anywhere else!

I’ve gone here a couple of times and Alice has always done my nails, she is amazing! I show her my reference photos and she does them exactly how I want them to turn out. The staff are all very welcoming, kind and so sweet, I’m so glad I found this place. I will always be coming here to get my nails done!

Very unprofessional with horrible communications at this nails salon, though their work is usually beautifully done! What a negative experience from the OWNER. I never got what I wanted and ended up with a different nail design. Instead of correcting their mistake, they called me yelling without giving me a chance to reply, then blocked me on instagram! I now know why they disable comments on social media! I even wanted to go again with my friend but she refused to serve her! This happened months ago but still feel very disappointed! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!

Very unprofessional and unethical team to deal with. I was really surprised by the amount of good reviews on this place. Please don't fall for these made up reviews. They are very impolite and don't have any sense of communication with their customers. They should be working on there ethical skills with customers. Very disappointed and would not go there ever again.

One of the best nail experiences! The nail art was exactly what I had shown the technician. Incredibly kind and courteous. Very clean and incredible attention to detail! I can’t wait to come back.
