Pierced Square One - Piercing Studio Mississauga

I got my floating naval piercing about 4 days ago and Jack was amazing!Jack talked me through the whole process, and it was painless like literally painless! I had to double check to see if they really did the piercing because I barely felt anything! The receptionist was also very sweet and explained the types of jewelry used and was overall reassuring.If I get anything else pierced, I will be coming back and requesting Jack!

Overpriced and the staff can be very rude at times!They did a good job with my 2nd earlobe piercing, but I expected great customer service from a place charging premium prices for their services.

I had piercing done by Jack on June 19. I absolutely love my helix piercing, Jack was very kind and did a great job. They had a lot of patience answering all my questions which gave me comfort. I highly recomend them and will definitely go back for more piercing.

Ordered through their online store for a Junipurr end, also ordered online somewhere else for a different threadless end on the same day. I have already received my threadless end from the other place and Pierced has not even shipped out my order yet. Pierced said they well send an update through email when the item ships, but the only emails I've been getting from them are ads every 1-2 days. I've found Pierced to be priced higher than everywhere else for the exact same jewelry. Only ordered the end from them cause I couldn't find the rose gold end I wanted in stock elsewhere. Extremely bad customer service and will not be purchasing from them again. The premium they charge is not reflected in their customer service.

My 8 year old daughter got her ears pierced today, and I got a rook piercing. Great experience! Jack was very kind, patient, and personable, and put her at ease right away. They told her she was in control of the experience - I really appreciated the respect they showed her. Jack explained clearly and carefully how to take care of our piercings, and told us to call with questions anytime. They also gave me their Instagram handle and told me to message anytime with questions. I would absolutely recommend this place and will definitely go back in the future for any other piercings I might get. Thank you, Jack!

We drove all the way from Woodbridge as we heard good things about this place. We booked an appointment online and it didn’t end up going through which we didn’t realize, this was on us, however, we realizedThis when we got to the piercing place and the man sitting at the front was not willing to squeeze us in at all, and did not even TRY to compromise. We understand they were booked but he could’ve at least shown some sympathy. We ended up getting the piercing done from another place instead.

I'd give six stars if I could. My 7 year old wanted her ears pierced and had the same worries that all littles have: What will it be like? Will it hurt? Can I handle it? I had the same worries that parents have: Will she freak out/cry? Is this place legit? Will it heal properly? And then... we met Jack. They immediately put us at ease and made the whole experience fun and stress free. They explained body autonomy to my daughter and let her know she has total control over what she wants/does want - even if that meant they needed to stop. They explained the whole process with empathy and humour - never once patronizing to my 7 year old who heard every single word Jack said. And lo and behold: Not a single tear. Just all smiles as she walked out head held high with pride. To me, this is the ONLY place you should have a first piercing. FYI, Jack is only Mondays - Fridays but, man, is it worth it because they are SO GOOD with kids.

The piercers at this location were abrasive when presented with professional medical opinion about pre and post care treatment from two plastic surgeons. No where in policy was it mentioned to not put topical anesthetic, and the piercers argued against 10-20y of cosmetic surgical experience. If it was mentioned in policy or if advice was received without gaslighting medical opinion — our opinion would be different.

I just got my piercing done and Jack was awesome. He made the entire process seamless and easy. Loved the service and can’t wait to go back again. Thanks Jack!!
