Customers be aware of the line of credit line scam. Read the small print. This branch has grown too big for their own good. Lot of new incompetent people working there with no training and no proper customer service ethics. Their primary objective is to protect their bonus and not serve customer objectives. Thinking of getting out of this bank after over 20 years.

I visited Branch on Saturday March 12 and booked a appointment with a advisor for Saturday March 19 and received email confirmation right away. An hour before the appointment on March 19, I got a call for letting me know that I don't have appointment, advisor is not working today and it was booked in error. The person who called did not have clue what happened.I was so disappointed and amazed, they had whole week in-between to figure this out.-

Worse branch of Scotiabank in Canada (should get an award). Not customer oriented. Scotiabank makes billions every quarter so they could care less for customer. You make an appointment with one of so called advisor, they never call you. Please stay away from this branch. The manager is worse yet. Always away from phone, you leave a message to complain his staff, you will never hear back.

We had a confirmed appointment with Shireen by phone today between 11 and 12. She was to call us. She didn't call. We called her phone line several times and left messages. We emailed her. We received no response. We called another staff member at the branch and left a message, and got no response. We've dealt with the branch at George and Lakeshore with 25 years and they aren't perfect but they keep their appointments and they do their best to be helpful, but at the Trafalgar Ridge branch, something has gone terribly wrong.

Bad service, bad structure for servicing clients, bad staff and tellers. This branch loves to waste your time and do the bare minimum. Went to ask about reissuing a credit card, they told me to call Visa customer service and that the teller didn’t want to call Visa herself there because the branch was “busy” when there were only 3-5 customers. It’s only busy because they have bad employees and management. Only 2 tellers open but lots of staff behind the desk just standing there

Incompetence galore. Avoid using this branch. The personnel knowledge has improved marginally; however, if u want efficiency, and correct information and your banking done quickly and correctly, avoid this branch. Pathetic, Scotia bank, pathetic!I would give you a negative 5 star rating if it were possible!That being said, why are your employees out to destroy your business at this branch? The employees at the closest branch are helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. What is the source of your issues at this branch? Maybe a couple of senior managers who refused to deal with an angry customer (me), relegating me to an assistant?

Customer service is awful, they don’t know what they are doing and are extremely rude, I closed my account and I will never bank here again. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

The branch was quite better couple of years ago but due to influx of more population and increase in their client base , the level of customer service has drastically gone down. Too small branch with very few tellers. Every time I went in the branch, there was a lineup. The management must do something to improve the facility and customer service.
