The absolute worst Tim Hortons service ever. 3 on staff - 2 at drive thru&1 making sandwiches. Waited and waited. Finally asked if anyone was serving the counter. Finally someone came over to take order. No apology from staff. No hi how can I help you. Then the creamers needed filling. Received our ice cappuccino and 3 coffees - lid not on black fully; double double not hot and the last one was to gave 1/4 cream but got double. Tried to get attention before we left to have the last one fixed -- again ignored.Absolute disgrace to the brand.Note all of us were previous Tim Hortons operators so we know a thing or two about what the expectations should be

A tim Hortons, located directly off the busy transcanada hwy, closes at 5pm on a Saturday night. That's ridiculous.

I’m passing through as a tourist and I waited 30 minutes to get two egg sandwiches. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at Tim Hortons. Not even an apology. I’m done with this company.

The food was average but the wait was really long it felt like they were short on staff which is probably true and the place just felt very cramped and dirty. I didn't stay in for long just grabbed my food and left.

Stopped here on a road trip.This place had absolutely abysmal service. Our group stood waiting at the cash to even be acknowledged for over 8 minutes and even then the staff were extremely rude in French or in English.They were constantly messing up orders for other people around up and couldn't even slice a bagel properly when I received the one I ordered.To top it off only one of the two bathrooms had grab bars on the toilet.

In the bathroom, the safety buckle is missing from the baby change table. This made things so much more difficult. It also took 10 minutes to get our food (a wrap and a bagel). They had made it, but left it on the counter and didn't give it to us until we asked about it. It sat for so long it was cold. This is the second time at this location. Both times were bad.

Quite literally the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been too. Waited 40 minutes and never even received my food. Had to get a refund. It seemed like a bunch of high-school kids with no manager. I felt bad for the girl making the food because you could tell she was brand new and didn't know what she was doing. But unfortunately for her there were 3 or 4 employees just standing around doing nothing while she was struggling. Hopefully she can get some training before it gets really busy next time. If you're planning on stopping here, just pass by and go to the next stop.

The slowest Tim Hortons I have ever been to. There were only two people in front of us and it took over 30 minutes to get a coffee and a breakfast sandwich.
