As a first time home owner Philip walked me through the entire process and even gave some very helpful advice on maintaining our furnace and air conditioner. Quick, clean and effective service. Called to have my ducts cleaned and was able to get Ductwise come by the same week! This is a family owned business, so they take a lot of pride in their work. They cleaned not only our ducts, but also made sure our HVAC system was cleaned too. I felt a difference in the air as soon as they were done. Very patient and provide a lot of information. I would definitely recommend and use Ductwise again.

I had a fantastic experience with DuctWise Duct Cleaning. They arrived on time and were very neat, tidy, professional, and polite. They showed me before and after pictures. (Before was horrendous, and after looked like new ducts!) I would absolutely recommend this company to all my family and friends, and will use them again in the future without a doubt.

[Service received April 30th, 2019]Philip explained what work will be done, how long it will take approximately and what the costs were, based on what I wanted done (Duct cleaning, sanitization, dryer vent cleaning). I did not feel pressured at all into booking with his company as he told me to think about it and call him back if I decide to book. I spoke with a few other competitors and received quotes as well but, decided to book with Ductwise as Philip was very thorough in explaining what work will be done and how much it will cost.On the day of my appointment, Philip and his associate (Bailey) arrived 10 minutes early and they were friendly, professional and very respectful of my home. Philip explained every step of the way what they are doing as they were doing it. After the work was completed (approx. 1.5hrs), he went over the invoice and the total was exactly what he had quoted to me over the phone (as I had correctly counted the number of vents in the house when booking the appointment - so there were no additional costs).The reason why I chose to book with Ductwise, was Philip's professionalism, honesty, knowledge, thoroughness and the fact that he provided me with before and after pictures of my vents so that I could see the difference (there was years of build up that was most likely preventing my HVAC system from functioning at it's full potential).I would definitely recommend Ductwise and will definitely book with them again.

Phil and his son Jacob did a fantastic job in our home in Oshawa!We hadn't cleaned our vent system in 5 years and had so much dust, among other things that trapped odor and made the ventilation and air quality so poor in our home.They came on time, was very honest with the work that's needed, and explained everything they were doing. They got the job done quickly and with care, and the price was very reasonable and fair!They also had a caring nature in the way they interacted with us, which showed us they really cared about what they do!It's hard to find honest companies due to how many duct cleaning scammers there are out there!I'd highly recommend this family owned company to anyone in East end, or within the areas mentioned in their website!Thanks so much Phil and Jacob for what you do!We'll likely see you next time our duct system needs a clean :)

Phil was extremely professional, efficient and took us through the entire step by step process and even showed us before and after photos! I've already noticed an improvement in our air quality and would absolutely recommend Ductwise. The price was the same as what was quoted to us and we will definitely be using their services again.

Your stress about duct cleanings are over! Phil (and his son) at Ductwise are outstanding at customer service and quality. They were prompt, timely and very careful with our home (including padding for their hoses and with their shoes etc). They explained everything they were doing very clearly and take pictures so you can see before and after pics of your ducts. Their pricing is fair and reasonable and all questions are fully answered. We are very grateful that they also discovered and fixed a water leak in our furnace before it got more serious!
