I had an emergency situation with our Buick Encore yesterday at a critical time when it was imperative that I attend at a long awaited medical appointment in Winnipeg that very afternoon. Their work has been good but both times I have brought my car there for a service they have underquoted me so to find my bill nearly $100 more than quoted, I was unimpressed. Their car detailing services are great but their quoting for service has not been great experiences

I have trusted ledingham for quite some time. I went in for an oil change on my chevy Malibu. I was given my inspection sheet was told things were good except I needed a power steering flush. My vehicle is equipped with electric power steering so no fluid is needed so no flush is needed. My inspection sheet said belts were good. I had a catastrophic failure 2 days later I was told by the shop whom repaired my car my belt snapped amit should have been changed along time ago I saw the belt and it was definitely on poor condition.i received a survey on my service experience I rated it poor based on these findings. I got a call from the assistant service manager about it. He said to he would have to check the inspection sheet and get back to me well the service advisor gave me both copies I told the manager I'd be perfectly willing to email him a copy heard nothing back and I keep getting messages from ledingham to buy a vehicle from them. If I can't trust them to service my car properly why should I buy a car from.

My car broke down when it was -25 outside and I was stranded in Steinbach. Phoned ledingham and they said no problem, have it towed and they'd take a look at it. Was super thankful they were able to take it in last minute! No appointment and they were able to keep my car overnight to have it fixed. Very much appreciated the help! Thank you!!

Everytime I visit that place, is it minor or big, my sensors stop working immediately the next day. It’s happened 3x now! Just like clockwork

I highly recommend Ledingham to do service on your vehicle… Service advisor Brendon Blezy Is so helpful Knowledgable, friendly and humorous! He is my go to guy when I have any issues or concerns! He’s just an amazing friendly young man!
