Going to this bank and branch for over 30 years! The service is going increasingly worse! Went in exactly a week ago requesting the sale of some mutual funds. First attempted to make me book an appointment to do so. When the person who was licensed to do the transaction came to me, tried to convince me to leave the account as is as the loss of funds was high. I did not want to do so. He accepted my request, went back and came soon with a print out of the transaction. He told me the transaction would take two days until the amount is shows on my savings account. When after 5 days no money had shown up on my account I decided and went in the branch to find out what is happening, after having to wait on the line again, did nothing about it. The teller consulted with the manager she said the lady was seating on a desk behind the teller, who did absolutely nothing, and just said to come back tomorrow if the money was not in the account! I did not go in the next day as no money was in the account, but tried the phone...I wasted hours on hold from transfers to irrelevant waiting departments I was referred to, to finally reach the Mutual Fund department what had closed 5 minutes earlier as they operate from Eastern Canada. Today a week later, still no money on my account! Again on the phone, waiting several times, just to find out that the money has to be deposited by the local branch which had failed to do for a whole 7 days, although they had told me two days! Again, I am at their mercy to have deposit my money by tomorrow..I was told! Seriously considering to remove my accounts from this none customer oriented branch!Today, day 8 and after the assurance below that the money would be deposited in my account, still there is not money deposited! I guess the next thing would be to go public...in the news to see my money deposited in my account!

I like to visit here because of the good service at this branch, but just had a bad experience yesterday for lined up outside of building in a cold day. A big guy who behind me also find it tough ! Two seniors on the back were shivering. It was over 8 minutes standing outside for me so I went inside warm up a bit but the staff at the lobby not let me stay a bit which I do understand that Covid regulation. I went back outside, had a conversation with couple customers. It would be nice if this branch offers to set up the warmer for people in a ONLY COLD " day as this TD Branch 10435 King George Blvd

A very strange system indeed, that illustrates the lack of care when it comes to their clients.I came in on Dec 29, during BC's record breaking cold snap, and was forced to wait outside in -7 temps for 45 minutes. Everyone stood close together standing in snow, ice, and filth (socks used syringes, other trash etc...) no changes have been made to adapt with the weather conditions, such as a heater. I seen an elderly lady slip and everyone rushed to help her. Their system doesn't seem legally safe either, it should be in their best interest to change this system.The part that bothers me most is that TD had a great system where you could scan a barcode on your phone to join a virtual line, where they would prompt you when you can come in, meaning you could stay covid safe, and warm in your car. But for some odd reason they decided to abolish this system once omicron hit, and the cold snapped occurred.The reason for 2 stars are that the tellers are friendly! They sure do take their time with their clients, not very efficient , but they're nice!

Always understaffed, always long line up . Half hour waiting at least every time. Manager should be fired. It was like this even before Covid so don’t use covid as excuse. Never improve all theses years.2 months after I posted this above review, now I lining up for 40 mins, and looks like it will take another 40 mins to get to the counter. Management team is doing nothing about it.

Wish I could give negative starts. I talked on phone with Kirpa after getting transferred by the easy access line, not only she refuse to help but was super rude and unprofessional. Please opt for other locations if you may as this was my second time bad customer service experience at this location.

I have been banking at this location for nearly 40 years. I am extremely disappointed with the service at this location during mid day.2:00 p.m. Friday Sept 16, 2022. I walk into the Branch to see not only nobody working at the information desk when you walk in, but also the 2 Business Banking booths were also CLOSED.Why do we members pay for such services and then be forced to wait in the regular line up for premium services.Would I get credited on my monthly statements for the lack of service which Business Banking customers pay for? I wouldn't expect it, yet I still pay the same fees.The staff were also extremely slow while helping customers, I understand that business takes time, but why should 1 bank teller be occupied by 1 customer who's having a conversation with someone to figure out their issue? Shouldn't the teller request the customer to figure out their issue instead of wasting everyone's time for 25+ minutes.There were 7 staff working, 2 of them in a meeting" sitting down at the left corner of the bank laughing in conversation while the lineup of customers grew. With only 3.5 tellers working (0.5 for the one helping the customer on the phone) one can only understand the Frustration
