Last used A&M to fix the same problem with our gas oven 5 or 6 years ago. Problem was diagnosed and the replacement part arrived quickly. Technician arrived within promised time window and was very efficient. He clearly explained what happened and how long we can expect the repair to last for the particular high wear piece. Will use again for future repairs.

We called when our washing machine stopped working with a probable diagnosis based on some internet searching. The part was ordered. We got a call when the part arrived and the service call was promptly scheduled for a few days later. Day of, service guy arrived exactly on time and finished in less than 45 minutes. He was kind and knowledgeable and gave tips on how to keep the washing machine running nicely. Extremely happy with the service we got.

The woman at the counter must own the store because no business would keep such a rude employee on staff. She definitely has either a chip on her shoulder or sadly needs some intense mental health counselling. Life is too short to be so miserable for no reason. Go to Moores Appliances if you don't want any unnecessary aggravation.

The lady behind the counter is extremely rude and disrespectful. We ordered parts and used the correct the model numbers right from our stove, and she ordered the wrong parts and is not willing to refund them or rectify the situation by ordering the correct part at no cost. I am extremely disappointed that they are the only place in PG for LG. This was not our first dealing with them and it was the same each time. It's one thing to not refund the part if it was my fault but it's another when you are in the wrong!!!!

I have had a service person, from this company, twice in the past 5 years and was impressed each time with the results. Although, I wanted a simple solution to my appliance issues at the time it turned out the cost exceeded the worth of the appliances. However, both times a solution they offered helped me get more time out of the appliances.A&M were referred to me by long term customers and I was impressed by the service on site. Thanks, to Chad, for being so professional and leaving me with a feeling of gratitude for his professional manner and explaining everything clearly.I will certainly recommend their business going forward.Sharon Harrison

Highly recommend! Service tech came and had a look at our dishwasher that had quit working, and was extremely honest what it was going to cost to fix. We ended up buying a new one instead of doing the repairs, and then the new one leaked. Same tech came out and fixed right away. Just an awesome guy. Great experience, and will use A&M again if we ever need to!

Terrible experience and extremely rude receptionist. Given the terrible reviews about her go back at least 5 years, I’d say no one cares. After waiting two weeks for a call back, I received a call saying my part was in…that I had never ordered as the technician never called to give a quote, like I was told. Not sure how this place stays in business but the receptionist should not be working with the general public.

I am giving three stars in hopes to give the company the benefit of the doubt, I am sure they are a good company and can do great repairs but perhaps teach your receptionist some manners. She was so extremely rude that we took out business to Moore’s Maytag and the people there were amazing! I was hoping she was just having a bad day but looking at the reviews it doesn’t look like it. That’s very unfortunate, I hope she can be taught the proper way to treat customers and that this company can have more business! I’ve heard great things about the company so I don’t want to bash them but come on you don’t have to be rude.

Loved the online form. Very quick response. Already recommended my son call to repair his washer. Would definitely use again.
