My glasses got knocked off my face and broke both of the clear wire supports under the lenses. Made it in 5 minutes before closing and she took the time to fix them100% recommend

LensCrafters in red deer bower mall is a great place to purchase eyewear. Great choices, great sales offers seem to always be available to purchase more than one pair. If so, desired, staff is very friendly very knowledgable and nice to deal with.

The employees were courteous and helpful. They did a good job replacing the nosepiece on my existing glasses and adjusting it.Highly recommend!Fine selection of frames. I haven't been shopping for glasses since 2018 (Hamilton, ON) but from what I remember 240$ is too much for a frame (highest bracket, they offer frames with regular price that is half of that). They did have a flash sale this weekend but even after application the frame types I wanted were still too pricy (all in the highest bracket). It would have been more fair if I ask about lens price probably, but the cost of the frames were enough of a deterrent for me to walk away.
