As a brand new building, it boasts a chic, modern design and offers a fantastic range of amenities for a comfortable lifestyle.During our visit, Samantha guided us and provided all the information we needed. She was very helpful and made our tour enjoyable by answering our questions and ensuring we got a thorough look at everything the building has to offer. The building itself is well-maintained, and the attention to detail with the top-quality appliances really stood out.Our visit to the Novus building left a strong impression, and we'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and cozy place to call home. We had a wonder experience working with the Novus leasing and building staff to get approved for our new apartment. In particular, Ashley Silverman, was a delight to work with. She was extremely professional, friendly, prompt, and transparent. The overall first class experience we received from Novus and Ashley made this potentially stressful process a very easy one. We can’t wait to get moved in!

One of the best management teams I’ve seen, from front desk to the management office, to maintenance staff. They have always been quick to respond, quick to take action and has always been very helpful and has resulted in a lot of conveniences.Shout-out in particular to Ashley and Samantha for their effectiveness and patience in helping with a multitude of requests. Keep up the great work!Also Liberty Village is a wonderful neighbourhood to be in, lots of art, shops around the condo, convenient streetcar access.

I never thought I would find myself writing such a review, but my recent experience with Novus has left me with no other choice. From the onset, my journey with them has been filled with disappointment and distress, particularly regarding issues of privacy and a blatant lack of respect from the management.I initially chose Novus, trusting in their professional reputation. However, that trust was quickly undermined when I discovered a serious breach of my privacy. The sharing my personal insurance information from a third-party insurance company what I feel is a clear violation of my rights as a customer. As someone who values privacy, this was an absolutely shocking revelation. It felt like my personal boundaries were not only crossed but disregarded entirely.After discovering this, I promptly reached out to the management, hoping for a prompt resolution and possibly an apology. To my dismay, instead of empathy or understanding, I encountered a wall of indifference. The dismissive attitude displayed by the management only added insult to injury. My concerns were trivialized, and I was left feeling unheard and disrespected.The magnitude of this issue seems to have been lost on the management at Novus. Their nonchalance towards such a serious violation was not only unprofessional but also deeply concerning. It demonstrated a clear lack of commitment to the privacy and rights of their customers.This experience has left a bitter taste and has made me question the practices of Novus. I believe it's imperative for all customers to know who they're dealing with and what they might expect. This is not about creating a ruckus, but about ensuring that others don't find themselves in the same unsettling situation that I found myself in.My interaction with Novus has taught me to be more vigilant about my personal information and who I trust it with. I would advise potential customers to consider this review and tread carefully when dealing with Novus. Protect your information, ask questions, and ensure your privacy is respected at all times.

Moving in here was amazing. We are very happy with our apartment and the neighborhood.The staff is very friendly and always willing to help which is a big plus.The amenities provided by the building are very good and we love the view from our windows.Definitely recommend novus if you are looking for a new place to live.

Moving here was a great decision! The location is so convenient in terms of being able to quickly walk to grocery stores, the streetcar, and other places in Liberty Village. The apartments are nice too, and the sky lounge has a beautiful view of the city.Also the people who work here are the best and have gone above and beyond throughout my time here. Max especially was so helpful showing me units and getting my lease sorted out with a super convenient move in date. The rest of the team helping with my move were incredible too. The concierge people are very kind as well!I would definitely recommend checking out Novus if you are looking for a new place. Just a quick note there is construction going on nearby which can be a little loud but it hasn’t ruined my experience at all.

Novus is such a nice building and Ashley made the process so easy and stress-free. She went above and beyond and made us feel right at home from the very first tour. We can’t wait to move in!

Every step of the application process was easy and stress-free. From the first tour to signing our lease, our leasing consultant Samantha was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She worked with us to find the best possible options for our needs. My experience so far has been great and I would highly recommend Novus to anyone looking for a great place to live!

We were excited about suites with a terrace and a frontal lake view. I contacted Ashley and she organized for us to view 3 suites. We loved one on 21 floors. Ashley prepared all the required documents and we signed a contract for one year without any delays. It was an awesome experience with help of real professionals of Novus. Thanks to Ashley, Kennethia and Novus team. Looking forward to enjoying our summer terrace with a stunning view.
