We had a good 10 years relationship with Waterwise, the commitment to clients unfortunately changed drastically under the new ownership over the past year. No point in airing this long story online, if you’re in the market for this type is service, I would suggest choosing a different provider.

I had an 11 zone, 30 head irrigation system designed and installed by Cameron and his team, to cover my 1.8 acre lot. They were attentive to my wants and overall vision, responsive whether by email or phone call. The install team was professional, tidy and punctual. Craig sent them back to address a small issue that we encountered and it was rectified immediately. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

Cameron and his team installed an irrigation system and exterior lighting at the front of our home in May. The service was high quality and efficient. The crew was great to work with. And Cameron went above and beyond to coordinate with our sod installer. The entire experience was seamless! We are thoroughly impressed with the upgrade to the curb appeal of our home.

Had issues keeping the lawn watered because of the shape/fence and suffered some drought damage. Waterwise came, and configured an installation and provided a quote. Installation crew was great and the lawn is on the road to recovery.

I contacted them afterwards for a minor adjustment and they were there the next day. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for an irrigation install!

Waterwise installed an irrigation system on my Carleton Place property in August 2021. I was extremely happy with both their product and their customer service. From the rep who I dealt with to set up the estimate and instillation (Cameron) to the crew who installed it and winterized it they were all extremely professional, dependable and knowledgable.
