I've had my phone repaired twice by them and they've always been honest and done fantastic work. Great employees, very polite management. Compared to getting my phone fixed directly through my provider, CPR is the better choice. Go see them for an honest, non marked up price

I brought sumsung phone under warranty but been told by only them of no warranty because of whatever b*** they could think of.Full of lies and lack of common sense.Untrusted worthy.Do not take their words and be very careful if you have to.They are eager to get Into your pocket

I brought my cell phone to the kitchener location and had the charging port replaced and the battery replaced then a week later my phone died and they did nothing about it so I left it into the waterloo location and hopefully they can fix it

Went for a screen repair, they tried to claim my camera was broken and needed to be repaired as well and wouldn’t repair the device until I paid to repair the camera. They claimed the zoom wouldn’t go past 30x. When I took my device back the camera works just fine. Shady tactics to say the least.EDIT: The camera is completely fine after extensive testing myself, and there’s nothing wrong with it. So perhaps not shady tactics but maybe shoddy work instead. It has been since dealt with insurance directly and they found no such issues.

Not open at 10am like it says it is on a thursday. Not the most welcoming customer service. They are okay when it comes to repairing your device.

Let me tell you my experience.I am also from a business and I know how hard it it for a business with a bad review.Here, specifically I wanted to definitely mention this. I made my heart strong to do this. The reason being no customer shod face this problem.Firstly, I shouldn't have been gone here. Reason being, I have my Macbook Air device which is of 2015 version. Device is perfectly working and it's intact. Battery is 100% mind you. Functionality is great. For some reason it doesn't power up. I've tried basic troubleshooting as I worked in Google. I know how things work.That being said, took the lap to these guys. Firstly, I am pretty confident that this is a small and rectifiable issue. I can fix it myself unfortunately I don't have tools.I gave my laptop for so called DIAGNOSIS. You know how much they charged? 114 freaking dollars. Okay I was stressed as I am a student I want it. I thought the issues will be resolved.Noone called me, hence I called after two days to check status. This so called gentleman answered and said we are stil reviewing and it could be the software problem.Now that I thought software am peaceful and okay. Next moment they called me and said it could be a logic board or keyboard problem. How logical these guys are you notice. I was being confused. How come an amazing laptop have this problem. Now the real thing. He disconnected the battery inside and it works pretty amazing with DIRECT CHARGE. How come that's possible?Immediately I called in my brother who is an expert in Hardware he told me those guys looted you.So beware you guys. Do not fall into the trap.They took 114 for nothing. Just go to Canada Computers or if your device is apple, send them the device they will do the diagnosis for free and give you an estimate. Save your money and save your time.I dint wanna waste my time to let you guys know this.I AM A LOCAL GUIDE HAVING MORE THAN 8MILLION VIEWS."Thanks! Be mindful."

Came here for a Samsung Flip repair. Was quoted $800 after a quick inspection. Decided to send it to Samsung instead. Ended up not paying a dime. Not saying there's anything wrong with this repair shop. But I'm glad I didn't have to spend money to say the least...

Absolute garbage service. I had the HDMI port on my Xbox series X fixed here then two months later it broke again. I then found out the previous location had closed then took it to this current location which they merged in to. The “manager” then told me it couldn’t be fixed again and I was out of luck, even to the point of getting angry when I brought up the warranty. I was unable to access my account email therefore couldn’t get any of the games I had purchased etc. For a month I scrambled around trying to recover this email when I was told by Microsoft I couldn’t all because he left me to believe it could no longer be fixed. I took it to KW cellular for another opinion… and they FIXED IT.I wouldn’t trust this place with an MP3 player at this point. So beyond disappointed. Do better.

I spoke to Patrick on the phone prior to coming in and he sounded very professional. When I went in to the store he was very friendly and fixed my tablet right on the spot. I will definitely use this place in the future for device repairs.Thank you for your fast and friendly service!
