I went there to get a couple suits cleaned and I can say that they do NOT provide professional services. I brought a $2,000 suit. It came back all wrinkled and it shrunk. I would recommend for cheap pieces of clothes but definitely not for valuable items.I will definitely go somewhere else going forward (got fooled by the reviews).

Very professional. Wede able to get stains out of a jacket which I didn’t think was possible. Aziz was great and reassuring and I’m glad I trusted him with my pieces :)

Very bad quality pressing of shirts, I had to redo my self at home.For dry cleaning I got back my vest damaged, probably due to too much heat during ironing…Not recommended at all.

Daoust Nettoyeur is my go to local dry cleaner. They have always been super careful with my clothes and coats, have always advised on which treatment would be appropriate etc.I really recommend this dry cleaner!

I've brought many of my suits to be dry cleaned here in the past but no more. They shrunk my $500+ suit and did little to resolve the situation. I could live with the shorter sleeves on my jacket but my pants were far too short and too tight to wear. They offered to alter the pants free of charge but the workmanship was so poor (loose threads everywhere, hem done very poorly). Not only did they not offer me a refund on the dry cleaning, but the alterations would surely have to be redone if I were to wear these pants again. I'm incredibly disappointed by the customer service and won't be coming back here again.
