Dale Wurfel Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ltd.

I recently took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in to Dale Wurfel Chrysler for an oil change and service call. Was in and out within 45 minutes. All good. The next day I found oil leaking in my garage and on our new interlocking driveway pavers. I immediately called Dale Wurfel...they told me to drive over to the dealership immediately. It appears that the oil filter ring or gasket had been pinched and broke thus causing a significant loss of oil. The service desk had the repair done quickly, cleaned up the oil on the undercarrriage of the Jeep and sent me for a car wash to clean up any other leftovers. Most significantly, the oil spill on my driveway and garage was an issue that required quick attention. The team at Dale Wurfel was amazing. Samantha (Product Specialist) and Derek (Service) arranged to have a service crew come to our home in Komoka and they pressure washed and cleaned up the entire area...with a smile. I was ecstatic with the response and action taken by Dale Wurfel. Clearly, Customer Service matters. I salute you for the fine work and attention to detail, Dale Wurfel. Thank you.

Bought a new ram 1500 14 months ago. Shortly after purchasing this truck, brakes started to make a creaking noise. Just took my truck in after waiting for a few warranty items to pop up (since I’m not local to their establishment). They said they will not repair the brakes under warranty and that I will be out around $250 to have the brakes serviced. Truck has 26,000 km.Will not return to this dealership for further purchases / service.NOT RECOMMENDED.

Bought my 2021 Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon 4xE here. Great experience from the moment I walked in the door. Salesperson Correy was very responsive and in constant contact through the whole process. I felt informed, but not pressured. Business manager/finance person was also very helpful. I have to admit I am pretty skeptical when it comes to car buying, but my experience at Dale Wurfel was great! If you are in the market I would highly recommend them, ask for Correy.
