I always had a pleasant experience with Dr Heny he is very knowledgeable and pleasant and not to forget there staff Abby who has been there for a long time .Sometimes I had few challenges with other members of Team but Abby and Dr Heny are the one who always acknowledged my concerns and always have tried their best to resolve my issue a Big shout to Abby & Dr He y “ Thank you so much “

Dr. Hany is a good doctor butBy far the worst clinic anyone can ever go to. All the receptionist are rude, have attitude and don’t know how to talk to their clients, they hang up the phone in your face. Tell you “I’ll see” when you make a request. They talk to you as if they’re doing you a favour. They don’t know how to do their jobs. Even with an appointment you’re still required to wait a long period of time. Everything about this clinic is every unprofessional. Every single time you call them, they will put you on hold for more then 5 minutes. I don’t recommend this clinic to anyone. A good example of how unprofessional they are is just by reading their comments to the reviews they received.They also don’t do their job properly and in a timely manner.This is the sixth time writing this comment since they keep deleting my reviews. They’re embarrassed of the truth and how they treat their patients.Everyone should save theirselves the headaches and find a new clinic.

Dr. Hani is good and very kind, but the lady at the reception is very rude, she needs to learn how to talk and deal with patients, I don't know why she is always aggressive, this has happened with me and all my family members during several visits.Dr. Hani deserves 5 stars, but that lady at the reception deserves minus for her attitude.

Dr. Hany is a good doctor. He is accommodative and tries to help his patients when they have concerns.

It’s June 15th, clinic is open at 9 am they said on google. Now it’s 11:22 at while I’m writing this review. The doctor Karen Tran Vuong is still not here right now, this is so unprofessional, apparently she always comes in at 11 am. How does she get away with this? Making patients wait that long not because there’s a lineup, but because she’s not here. So unprofessional how someone can be late everyday to their own clinic. Don’t come to this clinic. Trust me, you’ll hate your life!

Dr. Hanny at clinic is really good!But the reception staff is worse , they are so rude to everyone. They really need some training on how to talk to customers. Their attitude is something like they think they are giving us something for free and they are the one who is working. This type of staff needs mental treatment for their behaviour and attitude.

We have moved to the building (3939 Duke) about 7 months back and have been using Dr Hani’s service for sometime. Dr. Hani is kind and courteous, listens to the patient and is accommodative. On the contrary, the staff at the reception is totally out of sync, they are rude, aggressive and unapologetic even when they are at fault. In my past 4 visits, this has been trend, though & their service has only deteriorated. If you want to get insulted by these rude women then pay this facility a visit OR else stay away!! I will not recommend this place and will be taking my business away from them. Obviously the business owner is getting paid and they don’t care at all about the service being rendered as the staff seems to be overworked and hence these results. Just whilst waiting today, an elderly gent was insulted and rudely spoken by the front office staff. STAY AWAY from this place ⛔️⛔️⛔️

I wish I could Dr Hanys staff 0 stars. My parents, my husband and kids have all been regular patients here and we have always got medications from their pharmacy. Their pharmacy is wonderful!But very disappointed with their staff, the lady who book’s appointments for dr Hany is very very harsh. I tried to call to book an appointment yesterday and she said I couldn’t because dr hany is not my family doctor, I asked her if I could see him as walk in she said yea sure. Today I drove all the way from Oakville to go see the doctor and another lady informed me that dr hany doesn’t come before 11 and that she couldn’t book me into their system cuz I hadn’t seen the doctor in two years. Yeah well it wasn’t my fault as u guys weren’t allowing to me book appointments due to covid last two years and now they are blocking me out.I’m so glad that Dr Giselle Seron is my family doctor as she and her staff have empathy for the patients unlike these people. Dr hany is a good doctor but what’s the use if it is so hard to get a hold of him!!! The only good thing is Mr John who works at the pharmacy - he is a very kind soul, otherwise I would never step foot in that office again.Do better with patients and hire better more respectful staff.

The girl who answered the phone was very unfriendly, I needed to ask for an hour, and she treated me in a very bad way (she is very aggressive talking). She started talking to another person while I was talking to her. It seems that they do not want to have new patients and are not interested in making a good impression.Better go to another place with people who are more attentive and friendly.

Very professional and friendly staff both in clinic and pharmacy. Dr. Hany is very considerate and patient welcoming. John the pharmacist is always there and very helpful
