Never really shopped at Aerie before this but a friend said she liked their bras. Went in to check for bathing suits. They had a handful of styles, but all exposed too much bum cheek. Made swimsuit purchase at la vie instead.

I went in for a fitting today and the staff were very knowledgable and helpful. They spend time listening to and addressing your concerns. They make you feel very comfortable and are very compassionate. The atmosphere is very inclusive and the price is reasonable too. I would definitely recommend coming here just for the amazing service.

Awesome selection of intimates, comfortable material, cozy and soft. The collection of swim is great with different styles for everyone. Sales associates are always happy to help and provide an amazing customer service.

Sam is amazing ! She is so helpful when picking out the size and product that best suit your everyday lifestyle. Went in wanting a certain type of style and ended up leaving with a better garment that I would now say is my favourite piece to wear. I’m going to go back to this location because of the customer service I received from Sam and buy more items. I highly request that you ask for sam when shopping there !

My experience here was terrible to say the absolute least. I felt I needed to share. I had come out shopping looking for something for my daughter. I approached the cashier counter where all the employees were standing. I tried to get their attention and this heavier blonde girl finally turns around. First thing she does is greet me with a roll of her eyes and attitude. Both of which was not appreciated. She then puts in no effort to help me and leaves to go back to her conversations. I am then passing cashiers counter and I hear immediately hear her start talking to a shorter Indian girl about me. What the f is that. Sorry if I am an inconvenience to you or I am interrupting your conversion. Disgusting customer service will not be back. As a customer and a human being I deserve a little bit of respect....

I was there yesterday evening to look for swim wear and the 2 women working there would not say hello or acknowledge me. The one blonde girl walked past me several times and just would not look at anyone it was terrible, considering the competition of retailors I am shocked that these two are even in retail at all. With zero concern, effirt ir consideration to the 2 customers in the store. I'm sure rent and sales plans are tough as it is. Also the website states something different about the pricing than the store does which was confusing why the store was more expensive than the website stares for store pricing.Perhaps hire people who have interest and and energy with engaging with people since it is a customer service based job.

Super disappointed with my visit here. The employee that was helping me seemed so nice at first but she sized me incorrectly and had to keep bringing me new sizes which I didn’t mind but seemed to be a big inconvenience for her. My friends were waiting for me on the sales floor and heard this employee talking about me loudly to her coworkers about how I was trying on so many things. I know it’s hard when you’re short staffed to help one customer, but communicating that to me instead of sharing words with a coworker would have been appreciated. I wish I got her name, so upsetting.

Love this place. I particularly really like the sunnie bra, it's a super soft material. I typically wait for their annual buy one get one free bra and stock up cause I find that regular price for their bra is anywhere between $45-65. Even their underwear is super comfortable. I find that other lingerie stores their material is either itchy or it doesn't last. I also recently saw an ad saying that if you bring an old bra to their store they give you 15% off your next bra purchase. Sounds like a win-win to me.
