After being quizzed in line in front of everyone at the second bank about why we were there and if it was actually essential, my wife and I were finally let in separately because one of us had to watch our daughter who was not allowed in. Thanks for humiliating us in line in front of everyone TD bank! The lady actually rolled her eyes at me when I told her it was essential!

This is the bank to go to during these crazy times. The professionalism was beyond outstanding. The cleanliness and the constant upkeep, not to mention the welcoming and absolutely friendly staff!!! They really made going to the bank enjoyable despite the fact that it was inconvenient to have my card frozen and have to go to the branch for a new card
