Penske Truck Rental

This location has really bad service quality. This being my first touch with Penske can't say it has been a pleasant experience. They commit to call you back but the call never comes. Took two days to repair my truck. Not sure if they did a good job of it though. Only reasonable person I found there was Umer who was willing to go above and beyond

We have a business account with this particular location and rent multiple times a month. The rental desk staff are very helpful, attentive and accommodating to our needs. The trucks are always clean and ready to go. Well done team!

I was renting a cube van and told them I need to use the 407etr. All they told me is that they add a $35 admin fee to the bill. I figured that was reasonable. Well, they didn't bother to tell me that their cube vans are considered 'Heavy Vehicles' and since they don't have transponders, I was billed $270+ dollars for 3 trips on the 407 within Toronto! Crazy. They didn't bother to tell me that there is a $50 per trip camera charge, plus Kms for each time I enter the 407. So obviously I am not happy at all considering I told them I need to use the 407 and they gave me no warnings about this. This is the business they are in, so they should inform their customers much better. Unfortunately I will look elsewhere to rent a truck next time. The person I dealt with did not own up to the mistake of not telling me about the 407 charges ahead of time. If they would have apologized, I think I could have overlooked it. But no.

Re Penske truck rental at 20 Costa Rd, Concord, ON --- I can only describe my experience in one sentence untruthful

rented a 12 ft pickup for 2 days in nov 2016. the location was very cooperative for a lot of requests. they let me park my truck overnight at the penske location (was finishing my move over 2 days and didn't have a place to park near home). left the cargo light on by mistake, and they were super quick and friendly about giving the charge.when i filled up the gas after my move, it was much higher than my total trip. so i called up the penske location, and they took off a small amount from the bill. overall it was a good experience.

Terrible don't waste time go for U-Haul. I booked and got confirmation online that truck is available. 2 days before the pick-up I got a call telling me that truck is not available and somehow online system does not work. Seriously! Why the heck they have reservation system if it does not work.At least U-Haul had curtesy to tell me that my preferred size vehicle and not available and gave me options.. Don't waste time go for U-Haul -- It is cheaper and service is way better! - This company and location is a joke!
