I got new account over there last month and deposit my 1st pay chq there without any hold but for 2nd chq they said your chq going to be on hold for 7 days because of my new account bcz of bank policy tho , But why my 1st chq was not on hold , Anyway I closed my Account Same time , Anyway Thanks

Long wait times and the lady who served me took a long nasty stare at me, slower than I'd ever seen before walked over to the phone, and while string nastily at me called and verified a govermebtvcheck I was depositing. There was a 12 person line up with only 2 cashiers and she was slower than molasses. On top of that I noticed she didn't verify the cheques from the people before or after me. I got stereotyped by the cashier through and through, disgusting!

There was an alert on the account that explained that a bmo atm withdrew $20 from my account, but didn’t give me the cash. I went in as the phone rep told me to go to the branch. It was a Saturday and the Spanish lady said she couldn’t credit me my $20 because no managers are in… After I leave she’s shouting at me to see if I want a line of credit…I go to Langley and the teller gave me the credit instantly and no manager was involved…

I’ve gone to this bank many times with my grandpa to help him with his banking. My grandpa doesn’t speak English fluently, but he is very independent so he does most of the communication himself. I appreciate that there were tellers there that could speak Tagalog like Cynthia and Nanette(?), but all of the tellers who have helped us have always been very considerate and remember him when we come to the branch. I’m very happy with the service we’ve received.

I had a pleasure visiting BMO and I was served by courteous Sonya and William. They both helped me open my first bank account when no other banks would open. If you are foreign citizen or new immigrant in Canada and want to open to a checking bank account you can do so at BMO like I did.I believe there are few benefits but sadly I wasn't aware how to take advantage at the time of opening.So, do your research well in advance and carry all your docs.Thanks

The worse branch of BMOEvery time I come here, lots of people and I should wait 45-60 mins to deposit withdraw money. Only 2 cashier are working . So unprofessional

We always visited BMO for our banking needs and this branch is highly recommended! This an honest review not just from one visit but a multiple experience! I want to highlight ; Jagjit D Deol , William Lu the best and two more young gentlemen. You guys have the best team and we can feel that you also have a good working environment to each other.
