Darrell was great. He walked me through most of the troubleshooting for my furnace issue over the phone. We figured out it was a short in gas valve. That way when he came it only took 40 minutes to fix as he had the part with him already (had to order from Edmonton). Great service and very friendly. Would recommend using them anytime.

We have used them for our furnace on a few occasions..... The guys are super knowledgeable and worked to find the best solution to our issues..... Fast forward to last night when my hot water tank glossed my basement, I was bracing for an expensive new hot water system, but these guys figured out that it was a faculty pressure relief valve..... They replaced it and made complete sure that everything was Tickety boo before leaving. They effectively save me thousands of dollars which is well appreciated in today's times .... I will not be using anyone else when I require a service call.... The solidified me as a loyal customer multiple times over now..... Great job
