Manager was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond. We were looking for Ty Beanie Boos and mentioned we were looking for a variety of them. The manager offered to go to their overstock, brought up a box full of ones we had been looking for. Not to mention they were on significant sale. She did not have to pro-actively offer to go out of her way, but she did, and her efforts made our day!

Always have the best experiences here. Today, my youngest got her ears pierced and they were the most patient ever!! And did them really well.
