I only frequent store for sale items as I tend to go where I can price match and do a one stop stop.I do love the fresh fruit, vegetables for roasting and salads. So very handy! I love Jules!Staff here are very friendly and helpful!

This store has taken a deep nosedive in the last few years. They sell a fraction of what other Metros do, and they are consistently poorly stocked. The bread department is a tiny joke. This isn't the times either, this is THIS store (we asked what the problem is and were told this smallish location caters more to ethnic" customers

Beautiful store, clean, plenty of mouth watering food in the deli, very nice fresh food area, employees are very very professional, (the complete opposite with Walmart employees), everybody is ready to help.Love it

Overall good store. Staff are wonderful. Owner should schedule more cashier lanes to be open as lineups can be long. Wish prices were more reasonable as the produce is just OK quality.

A clean and fancy Metro. Really well organized and clean everywhere. All the employees seem to be following the covid rules. Some people complained about the variety but I find that they have a lot. Good selection of items especially with their specialty counters like bakery, meat, seafood, deli, and all the hot food sections.

Metro is a half decent grocery store. No major complaints. But it suffers from being relatively small compared with other nearby options (if you can drive) and has a much poorer selection of products than those other stores, too. Produce is usually good quality but again you're going to find a limited selection. Perfectly acceptable 3 Stars but I almost always shop elsewhere unless time is a factor, given that it's the closest grocery store to me. As an aside, I didn't drop its score for the mall it's in but it's worth mentioning the mall (South Oakville Centre aka Hopedale) is sad. Most stores have closed down, leaving the mall a mostly empty cavern with little reason to visit.

Bad service....went to order a pizza just waited for 15 minutes while everyone behind the counter looks at you. The prices at Metro are high enough, add bad service and no thanks. Other locations are better, try the Upper Middle Metro instead and avaid this one at all costs.
