Called today to make an appointment to change the oil to Peterbilt and asked if they can take the driver at 4:30 p.m.? They said yes. The driver came at 4:15 p.m., gave the key and asked them if they can change the oil as soon as possible because of Logbook limited time. The promised to do quickly. The driver was waiting for 2 hours, went to check if they done and they told him: we are all busy, if someone will available they will take your track then. The driver left and find another place to change the oil. Also, he asked them:why you didn’t tell me that you are so busy when I called you to book an appointment and why you took me? They didn’t find what to answer. Changed the oil at another place much faster and cheaper then Peterbilt. Very disappointed with Peterbilt customer service. Poor attitude to their clients.

This was my first time using the service center and I was impressed. I was there no more then 10 minutes and my truck was already going into the shop. The truck would have been done in a few hours but they needed to order a part. I was very happy with my experience.

I ordered 379 Radiator. The guy on call said they have it in the warehouse, it will come in couple of days. According to him it suppose to come Thursday and its Friday today when I called them to confirm if they have got it, the guy on call totally changed and said its gonna cost me $700 dollars extra if I want today. Or you will have to wait couple of weeks more to get what you have ordered before they said it will come here in couple of days. Totally fake people, would not likely to recommend anyone. Very unprofessional and unreliable people. Seems greedy dealership. First time I had this bad experience with any Peterbilt dealership

Asked for a part, was told they didn't have it. So I then asked for the part number and was told they don't sell part numbers. If you don't have the part or the part number then what do you guys sell over there?10/10 customer service

As a customer you're better off going to their location and speaking to them about your issues.Felt like I was talking to an accountant about my truck on the phone.London Ont is way more accommodating.
