My fiance and I flew into alberta from Ontario, and decided to have mikayla do our engagement photos.I cant say enough good things about this woman. She was courteous, and professional every step of the way. From helping us choose a location to helping us feel comfortable infront of the lens and everything in between. To top it all off, we where late for our appointment! Nevertheless mikayla was understanding and very professional. 10/10 would reccomend to anyone else.

Mikayla did an awesome job on our engagement photos! I think turn around time was reasonable compared to other photographers I have worked with! We had asked her to get specific shots and she delivered. She was professional and wonderful to work with. Hoping to have Mikayla capture more memories for us in the near future <3

My husband and I recently had Mikayla shoot our elopement, we booked her based on her style shown on her social media as we were travelling to lake Louise from out of province. From the moment she arrived on our wedding day she brought great energy and made us feel very comfortable when we would typically describe ourselves as a camera shy couple. She perfectly captured our day with great local knowledge of the area helping us to choose locations. She also was fantastic with helping direct guests for group shots and captured everything on our wish list. We received our sneak peak photos the very next morning and the remainder of our gallery on time. We have already discussed returning on our anniversary and booking Mikayla for another session. My family has had quite a few photoshoots with Mikayla over the years ranging from maternity and newborn sessions to most recently documenting our two year olds birthday party. Each photoshoot has been so fun, stress free and most importantly very professional! I love how Mikayla always asks if we have any suggestions or ideas for photos we specifically want, and always makes sure that we're getting the very best experience. Her communication with us has always been great! Sometimes photoshoots can be stressful, especially our 2nd newborn shoot when our toddler was acting up quite a bit. But she handled the situation so calmly and it's just very clear that she has a lot of amazing experience especially with family shoots! Photos are lifelong memories and as our family has grown and gone through so much it's become clear to me that these permanent memories captured are worth every penny. Mikayla has always done an absolutely phenomenal job with our pictures. I can’t say enough how pleasurable our experience with Mikayla was. From the very beginning she was so helpful and accommodating. She was very understanding when my plans changed 100 times due to Covid and gave extremely helpful suggestions regarding my planning process even above and beyond the photography! Mikayla is not only a very sweet and kind person, but also an incredibly talented photographer. She has documented quite a few milestones in our lives so far, and I cannot thank her enough for the memories she has captured so far. From getting our first puppy, to maternity photos when I was pregnant with our first baby, to newborn photos when our little girl was born, I will cherish them forever.
