Friendly, fast service in the drive-thru this morning. Decently prepared food. Order was correct and complete. Potatoes a little underdone.Revised 14 AugustVisited today and it was a complete disaster. They lost my order and then treated me as though it was my fault.

The last few times I've been here in the last 4 months, the donut counter was always missing classic flavors. But tonight, I think we broke a record. Saturday September 17 by 7pm, there was almost nothing. See the picture by yourself. All classic are gone. No Chocolate Glazed, no Double Chocolate, no Boston Cream (Chocolat or maple), no Honey Cruller, no Strawberry or Blueberry either. Even the Timbits selection is laughable with only 2 flavors left.I'm not a super regular here, and I understand labor shortage affect restaurant, but at least on my last 3 visites, I came out without what I came in for.

The person behind the counter was very nice he spoke to us in English and was patient with my son because he wanted to place his order, we were there for the Halloween timbit bucket. I have to say their tidbits were the freshest I've had in a long time. The place was renovated recently looked nice and clean.

Update (February 27, 2023 at 6:30 pm): last time I visit this Tim Horton. I went to grab a donut. There are insects flying inside the food counters!!! Some were stuck on the donuts, others on the glass... Glass is very dirty. If this is what is being presented to the clients, imagine how dirty it must be in the kitchen.... I left without buying anything. I don't want food poisoning!Review from 5 years ago:Good place to get some snacks". The staff is also pretty fast."
