I was expecting the run of the mill Hilton property. This was far more refined. Rooms are excellent, service was exceptional. I ate at bar. My meal was very good. A bit of a limited menu. I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

The rooms are loud, were not clean, the staff were apathetic, they do not clean room unless you stay 5 nights, and the hotel restaurant did not open on time because the cook overslept (detrimental if, like me, you must make it to work), the only good thing was the Russian bar keeper and the lobby decor. Would not stay again nor would I recommend it.

Lobby was beautiful! Rooms are alright. Bathroom is gorgeous! Amazing shower. The lady who checked us in however was rude. Won't be staying again. I've stayed at several Hilton hotels and always had amazing service. But I won't stay here again

Have stayed here a couple of times, and it certainly checks most of the boxes. Clean hotel, clean rooms, and even a clean fitness room. Could use a few more pieces of equipment in the gym, but it did do the trick. No complaints.

This is a great, new hotel and the service from the staff was superb. I want to mention Sahil, in particular. After a travel issue and incorrect reservation with Lynx Air he quickly got it fixed up and had me in a room within a few minutes. He went above and beyond to correct the mistake by Lynx Air. The staff in the restaurant/bar were so friendly and helpful as well.

This hotel is a good distance from the airport ( not too close- not too far) however it’s right under the flight path so you hear every airplane that fly over the building.The staff is great, good service at their in-house restaurant and a decent selection (not your typical hotel options).The bed was comfortable however the floor (not carpet) felt a bit grimy, I literally had to look under my feet before getting into bed.For being this remote it’s Definitely a pricier option to stay here.

The most beautiful hotel!The rooms are spacious and luxuriously decorated.My favourite room was the bathroom, which had a separate makeup counter!We stayed for several days and ordered the delicious blueberry waffles for breakfast each morning.A very enjoyable experience. We’ll definitely stay here whenever we’re in town.

Beautiful hotel with excellent service. The restaurant was pleasant and fare was good. The rooms were spacious enough though the chairs were uncomfortable for work purposes. Location only gets three stars as restaurants are lacking and the hotel itself is in a flight path so airplanes overhead were loud.

I stayed here when my flight was cancelled for a night back in February and I was quite pleased. It was convenient from and to the airport, clean comfortable spacious room. I ordered in some supper on door dash and they found me no problem. only thing is the water pressure in the shower was quite weak. however check in and out was easy. Cleanliness and comfort are my most important points and Bloom delivered all the way! If I get stranded at YYZ again or decide to visit, I now have a go to hotel! Thanks for making my late night last minute stay the best part of having my flight cancelled!

Bloom is the only hotel we stay at when travelling down to southern Ontario. We have stayed at this location over 5 times, and we have zero complaints. VERY Clean, pool, gym, restaurant what more could you ask for. I am a Hilton Honors member and it’s so convenient to be able to check in, check out & get your digital key all on the app. 10/10 reccomend!!!
