Rude, arrogant and incompetent manager working there today with no problem solving or people skills whatsoever. Absolutely no effort placed on customer service and no ability to take feedback from customers. Will not be going back again.

The store looks a bit disorganized and we couldn’t find good discounts. The quality is not at par with the prices on most items. We came here because it’s better to try sizes and compare, but prices are the same as online. The staff was patient and helpful. There wasn’t a lot of space to walk around, less push a stroller.

The rudest staff you have ever met. Went to buy some clothing I saw in the flyer, the staff said they don't use the flyer pricing even though it's the same merchandise and item. Never heard of that BS.

Service is bad. The prices even after discounts were expensive and does not offer many options for infant boys. If you are in the Toronto Outlet mall, try going to Carters first and then come here.
