I’ve been banking here for almost three years. Here is my assessment and expected wait times for Pacific Mall and Richmond Hill.Deposit cash - 20 mins ordealChanging you pin - 15 mins journeyPaying a bill - 10 mins per bill missionLining up - minimum 20 mins no matter what time of day.Basically every process or request becomes very trivial.Unless you have financial business interests in mainland China the frustration is like electrocuting yourself. They don’t really place much emphasis on pin numbers. They just eyeball signaturesPro:Cheap exchange rates, affordable/free international money wires, and usable in China. Pretty bilingual.

I highly recommend that u skip this bank, I tried to change 500 dollars but they refuse my Canadian driver's license , they need passport and they told me that on the second time around, first time they refused to change USD. Every one seems to make up their own rules, just skip it not worth it a waste of time

Said that they don’t exchange money unless you have an account with them.Went online and it says this…“For customers who have no banking relationship with ICBK, will be charged an extra conversion service fee. Please see schedule for details.”Very disappointing.

Extremely rude and the the worst bank you will ever encounter in your life. I don't know how they are even allowed to operate with this kind of service in a 1st world country. Shame on this bank.

WORST BANK!! JUST AVOID IT!!! 快逃！！Only few staff members know their business. I was there with my bank card, my ID, and myself - an alive human being, yet I cannot access my account because my signature was not in their system. And they refused to add my signature to file because, apparently, they can do nothing to my account without a signature in their system.What a great bank!
